Full-Range Fitness Center

The 2200 square foot Fitness Center opened in 2002 on the lower level of the Clubhouse. The Fitness Center is open to all members (except for those in our House Category) Tuesday through Sunday 6:00 am to 8:00 pm. 

The Fitness Center includes a full range of cardio-related equipment and a 15-station circuit of strength and range-of-motion equipment.
 

Locker Rooms

The Men's and Ladies' Locker Room facilities are located on the lower level of the Clubhouse. Both full-sized and half-sized lockers are available for members to rent for an annual fee. If you would like your guests to utilize a locker while they are with you at the Club, please contact the general manager. Children under 18 years of age are not to be in the Clubhouse Locker Rooms unless accompanied by a responsible adult. 

Steam Rooms

Relax by enjoying a steam in one of the Club's steam rooms.  Experience the health benefits that the heat and humidity may bring from aiding stress relief to body cleansing or soothing aching muscles.  There is a steam room in both the men's and ladies' locker rooms for the Members. 

Fitness Center Rules & Regulations 

  • Please sign in 
  • Please wipe down equipment after use 
  • Please note any equipment problems in the Maintenance Log 
  • Please be considerate of others when adjusting the television volume 
  • The Fitness Room is open from 6:00 am – 8:00 pm Tuesday through Sunday 
  • Please follow all equipment instructions and warnings carefully 
  • Use of the equipment must be only in the manner intended by the manufacturer 
  • Members and guests only($5 per/guest) 
  • No unaccompanied guests 
  • Persons under eighteen years old must be accompanied by a supervising adult 
    • Proper workout attire is required. ​Shirts and shoes are required 
  • To report an emergency, call the main Club number, 618-398-3400 
  • In case of a medical emergency an Automated External defibrillator (AED) is available in the Fitness Room, for use by trained personnel 

WARNING – Before beginning any exercise program or changing your physical activity patterns, you should always consult with your doctor or physician, particularly if you have been inactive, are overweight, or have or suspect any sort of medical condition that might be worsen by exercise.
