St. Clair Country Club’s tennis facility includes three outdoor, lighted, Har-Tru clay tennis courts that serve as another venue that brings member's families together. Children, adults, casual players and hard-core competitors all benefit. St. Clair’s tennis program offers something for everyone.  Our organized tennis programs, for men, woman and juniors, under the direction of a highly regarded USTA tennis professional, are conducted May through September. 

Greg Nester

Our tennis professional, Greg Nester, has been teaching tennis for over twenty years and takes pride in developing programs, events, and learning opportunities that appeal to all ages and skill levels.

Courts are open Tuesday - Sunday 8:00 am - 11:00 pm from the middle of April until the first hard frost.

Junior Tennis

Our Junior Program begins after Memorial Day and runs through the end of July.  Our program caters to both beginners and advanced players of all ages and focuses on the joy of tennis as well as the fundamentals of the game. 


Friday at 9:30 - 10:30 am – 5 - 6 year olds
Wednesday at 9:30 - 10:30 am – 7 - 8 year olds
Tues. & Thurs. at 9:30 - 10:30 am – 9 - 10 year olds
Wed. & Fri. at 10:30 - 11:30 am – 11 - 12 year olds
Tues. & Thurs. at 10:30 - 11:30 am – 13 or older

$13 per Class Member Attends 
$18 per Class Grandchild Attends

General Information

  1. Smooth-soled shoes only  
  2. Please sweep courts after use, especially at night   
  3. An additional charge for non-members participating in Junior Tennis Clinics will be applied 

Pickleball Courts

Our lighted Pickleball courts are available every day, from 7am - 10pm, on a first-come basis. Members may reserve one-hour time blocks by either calling the main office during business hours, or sign the reservation sheet, located at the courts.  

The courts will stay open as long as weather permits.
